Also i know my title is a bit messed up, it should be more like is wine/beer pairing good with certain foods bullshit
So i was at red robin the other day and on the menu for like every single entree they had a specific beer that paried "well" with it. Now i know certain things obvioispy pair better with certain things. But the very particular and strict pairing that alot of craft beer drinkers wineheads follow, i feel like its just bullshit. Maybe im wrong. Does anyone else have any deep insight on this, other than personal belief.
