How do I explain to my mother that I had to get rid of my bed frame because it started squeaking when I had intercourse on it?

She got the bed frame for me because I had my mattress on the floor when I first moved out and now she’s coming over tomorrow and see that I’m in the same sad state as I was before she got it for me. What do I tell this sweet woman
