At some point in life, we could have unknowingly killed someone or ruined their life completely with an innocent act, and might never be aware of it

You throw some water of out windows. It splash into the face of a motor biker. He fell and broke his leg. Cannot work for a month. He is main provider of the family. His wife and children left. He depressed and become a serial killer.
