I've had a Letterboxd account since 2013 and I'm still waiting for them to add several fundamental features to the site (private accounts, find soulmates, collaborative lists...). I paid Pro for three of those years because I seriously believed it could grow into a really wonderful film site.
But... Its progress has halted. I acknowledge the fact that they spent a lot of time developing their app for iOS, but when is the site itself going to improve?
Sorry about the rant, but I'm frustrated because I love the site and I realize how much better it could be.
