That's what I call when you see the film a second time (soon after the first viewing) and you notice something that was obviously put there by the director to give a nod to the viewer for going a second time.
I don't see films twice at the cinema very often, but two I recall were Baby Driver - the girlfriend was in a shot almost at the start of the film. And The Counselor - "me first", spoken by someone who dies before their partner.
