This movie was from the late 80’s or early 90’s. I thought it starred Ione Skye, but I can’t find the movie in her IMDb. The movie starts out in black and white, follows the protagonist through his day, until he ends up accidentally bumping into a girl. While he’s helping pick up her things, they make eye contact, and there is an extreme close up of her eyes, which are colored. When the camera cuts away from the extreme closeup, the whole movie is in color. Can anyone help me remember the title of this movie?
