so, my mother in law has this parrot for the last 12 years, she received it from his old owner because he could not keep him any longer. he loves my mother in law and likes some women(he don’t like men). it’s been 8 years since I know him and I keep trying to bond with him. I respect his space, I give him treats and even took him to the vet recently cause I was worried with his health. sometimes he would let me pet him on his head but normally he tries to attack me, specially when he is in the smaller cage ( we take him inside for the night). and even some people he met after me he just loves, even a guy!!!. i don’t understand what is wrong. i really respect his space. by the way I’m a girl and sorry for my english.
