This cartoon (some kind of anime) probably had 18+ mark was created in 80s-90s/ It was about a space traveling guy who was a headhunter as far as i remember. And he found a girl that had a fate to save her native planet. There were some kind of cyperpank stuff, flying cars, laser guns, monsters, criminals etc.
Cartoon started with scene where some bad guy was beheaded, but this head was alive for some time. Then there were scenes from some icy planet, there was some kind of a base for "amazons" they helped main hero and this girl to escape.
The end of cartoon was when this girl sacrificed herself to save her planet.
