Today was the wide release of Honey Boy starring Shia Lebouf but for some reason, there isn't an official discussion for it.
I thought the movie was really good, but the performances all rose above the story, especially Shia. Noah Jupe and Lucas Hedges were great as Otis, Hedges somehow actually sounding like Lebouf.
What are your initial thoughts?
