What’s your opinion on it? Personally I’d give it an 8.5
Of course the action was amazing and the stunt work will probably be held as an all time high, it was that good
I also liked the characters. Some hated Chris and wanted to save the boy then some were with Chris but wanted to kill the boy and then those dynamics change. I also really liked the fathers friends character (I’m awful with names) and I was rooting for him by the end
There isn’t really a dull moment either. Sure there’s 1 or 2 moments when there isn’t much happening but after that it’s either more action or....more action
The only thing I can critique is the emotion
I don’t know about anybody else but although I liked the characters, I don’t think they were good enough to elicit emotion so when there were ‘emotional scenes’ it didn’t give as much as an impact. Also the plot is very, very barebones but I guess the movie just leans for more action
