Back in the 90s it was a thing for every popular movie to have it's own cartoon show. There was a Back to the Future animated series, there was a Ghostbusters animated series, there was a Batman animated series, there was a Jumanji animated series, There was a Men in Black animated series, there was a Mummy animated series. Almost all popular movies that were in the zeitgeist of pop culture in the 90s had animated spin offs.
Why don't they do this with today's movies?
Why is there no John Wick animated series? Why is there no Hunger Games animated series? Why is there no Star Wars sequel trilogy animated series? Why is there no Fast and Furious animated series? Why is there no Fantastic Beasts and where to find them animated series?
