I am a 17 year old female. When I did my taxes, I mistakenly marked myself as an independent even tho I still live with my mother. Then when my mother did her taxes, she couldnt "claim" me and didnt get and extra $500 dollars and is asking me to pay her. Am I obligated to pay her?
