This is copy and pasted. I posted this because I seen two dogs locked in a car extremely hot weather and called animal control. Other ppl saw but no one called. I posted this and got downvoted and don't know why so I wanted to know if this is insulting or what
"It doesn't matter if the windows are rolled down or not. If you see a animal lock in a car please please please call Animal Control. You have no idea how long that animal has been inside the car or will be inside the car. It's not safe. Please don't walk by and think "oh someone else will call" or "they will be back shortly" because if you think that to yourself, how many other people will and not call. Please call Animal Control and don't leave your car by themselves"
