I feel someone needs to make this point out cause maybe the film and tv business will see it and get a reality check. But why are these real life criminals getting shows and movies still made about them?, why would they deserve this attention? Like I cant tell you how many adaptations of charles manson and hitler I've heard about and I just dont get it, its like paying tribute to real life evil. Its one thing for fictional killer like freddy krueger or something but a real life killer made into a story to make money is not entertainment and to think there are people with original fictional ideas and people more deserving, it just makes the system look embarrassing to me. Plus I dont think these types of films and shows make a ton of money anyways so what is the logic hollywood or whomever, what is their logic to make these stories? Like I think even documentaries are too much exposure unless its meant to educate or reveal the criminal was innocent, something like that.
