For as many movies as I've seen, and as many times as I've seen a character killed by having a plastic bag placed and held over his/her head, I'm not sure I've ever seen the victim just punch an air hole in the bag with their fingers right where their open, gaping, gasping mouth is. Sure, you still have a fight on your hands but now you can breathe.
Has anybody seen a movie where somebody has done this?
