Leigh Whannel is currently slated to direct a remake of “Escape from New York”. Now whether or not you’re excited (personally I am), who do you think would be the best casting for the role (inb4 “Kurt Russell”)?
Not saying this is a good or bad thing, but we don’t have the breed of “grizzled but charismatic action stars” that used to be all the rage, so it’s interesting to think about who they’ll choose. Chris Evans maybe? Tom Hardy? Or maybe Whannel will go back to an earlier star of his and choose Logan Marshal-Greene.
