I grew up in downtown Toronto and have lived in Manhattan, so homelessness is rampant in the big city life.
It just occurred to me that every time I see someone homeless with their dog, the good boi or gurl just sits beside them patiently, knows commands, and often they don’t even wear leashes. They walk beside their owners patiently.
Is there a reason behind this? I’m not sure but it seems to be common.
