I’m sure it’s been said already but I can’t recommend this one highly enough. I seriously have ALLL the feels. I can’t think of any movie I have ever seen that so accurately captures this period in life. It was SOOOO refreshing to see actual kids in all their awkward and nerdy glory portraying the characters, it made me realize how accustomed I have become to seeing 25 year olds play teens.
The theater I was in was packed and the laughter, tears, cringes were shared by everyone there regardless of who they were, I think this film really resonates with everyone. Bo Burnham did a killer job as did the whole cast. If you haven’t seen this one yet do yourself a favor and go ASAP, it’s truly unique!
