In my case, not very well at all. In fact, I'm rather disgruntled about it. All the friends I used to watch movies with have "moved on" to TV, as have many of my favorite directors, but honestly I just don't like TV that much as a medium. I've tried. It's too drawn out, too repetitive, too visually sloppy. It's a matter of quantity over quality. You have to produce hours and hours and hours of it, so I find it lacks the focused "vision" of film. Ten years ago I had even harbored dreams of working in film, but already it was clear that all the jobs were moving to TV. Boohoo, I'm a baby. How about you?
